Right of
Withdrawal.
Your statutory right as a consumer, how to use it, and the model withdrawal form.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
Garlic Boy GbR
Genthiner Str. 51
10785 Berlin
Germany
Phone: +49 176 4181 7000
Email: hey@mygarlicboy.com
of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.
You can also withdraw electronically, without logging in, using our online withdrawal form: Vertrag widerrufen. After you confirm your withdrawal there, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us at Garlic Boy GbR, Genthiner Str. 51, 10785 Berlin, Germany without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Special Notes — Sealed Products
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once their seal has been removed after delivery, provided the applicable statutory requirements are met.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
Faulty or Wrong Items
The return-cost rule above applies to a normal withdrawal only. It does not apply if goods are defective, incorrect or otherwise do not conform to the contract — in that case, your statutory rights apply. Please contact us at hey@mygarlicboy.com or +49 176 4181 7000.
